1. Our Policy Overview

At AbouNazih Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear. However, due to the nature of Gel Blasters as electronic and mechanical hobby items, we have a specific policy to ensure fairness for everyone.

2. Returns (7-Day Window)

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable: Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or have been disassembled will not be accepted for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Dead on Arrival)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+961 70 283 747).

• We will arrange a replacement or repair for any manufacturing defects reported within the first 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Since we operate mainly on Cash on Delivery (COD) in Lebanon, approved refunds will be processed via OMT, Wish Money, or as Store Credit for your next purchase.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
